• Megalift SH2.35MA is equipped in each column with an hydraulic piston with safety valve, a synchronisation cable with control detector and 16 mechanical safety positions. Automatic release of the mechanical safety device by pressing the descent button. High strength of the synchronising ropes guaranteed by the increased diameter (of both ropes and pulleys) and increased safety by increasing the number of wires in each rope.
• STANDARD ENERGY KIT: the kit includes a compressed air socket and a 230V Schuko socket
• AIR CONNECTION: no ground connection between the two columns in order to have the working area completely free and to allow the use of lifts for mechanical components or batteries.
• SAFETY: compliant with EN 1493 and its latest updates:
  • Mechanical safety stop in 16 positions.
  • Anti-collision bar on top of the vehicle by means of a movable, foam-covered contactrod with micro-switch.
  • Anti-crush foot/hand safety with acoustic signal.
  • Automatic stop of arm rotation.
• The rigid connection between the columns prevents any bending: less strain on the pegs and less stress on the columns.
• The perpendicular positioning of the arms:
  • avoid any contact with the vehicle platform
  • allows free movement of the articulated arm to position the pad under the gripping point.
